Gathering Data for an Urgent Meeting

Adkit’s analysts located data needed by the manager of a leading media company, the night before an important meeting.
A senior manager in a leading media company contacted Adkit the evening before an important meeting at the Ministry of Communication. The manager needed large amounts of data for the meeting, to back up his arguments.

The Challenge

To locate a large quantity of detailed data to serve as a basis for arguments that we had received at 6 pm, around fifteen hours before the start of the meeting.

Our Solution

After a night of hard work scanning Adkit’s information sources to find the required data and processing it, Adkit came to the client the following morning with a detailed document containing the data needed for the meeting.

Urgent Preparation of Background Material


The CEO of an international organization received information that changed his attitude regarding future partners prior to entering into a large real estate project.
The CEO of an international organization in the real estate sector approached Adkit at the initial contact stage of a joint venture with two organizations in Europe. Before the first meeting between the companies, set to take place one week after the organization approached Adkit, the CEO asked Adkit to prepare a background file about the two companies involved.

The Challenge

The CEO wanted to get to know the potential partners better from both a professional and personal standpoint, and to get an impression of the nature and financial stability of the two companies prior to the start of discussions about the venture.

A few days before the meeting, Adkit’s CEO met with the company CEO presenting him with the data, including information that came as a surprise to the client and changed his attitude regarding the potential partners.

The company CEO was amazed to discover that one of the potential partners, who had been quite outspoken about his abilities, was found to be an unimpressive individual lacking any major achievements or special expertise. The new information Adkit quickly provided, in complete confidentiality, enabled the client to rethink his opening position, and the negotiating terms with the partners, before negotiations had begun.
